在新疆无垠的静谧雪原上，一个逃离都市的年轻女孩，与一个将回忆锁进信笺的孤独老人，意外成为彼此的“临时家人”。他们一个学着与过去和解，一个学着向未来敞开，在极致纯净的天地间，共同写就一封关于温暖、陪伴与重新开始的冬日治愈诗篇。

故事围绕墨西哥特种部队精英卡洛斯（绰号“公牛”）展开，他在一次任务中成功抓获了犯罪集团头目，却因此遭到报复，妻子在他面前被残忍杀害，自己也沦为通缉犯。走投无路之际，他意外中了彩票头奖，一夜之间拥有了复仇的资本。他与挚友、战友米格尔联手，将全部财富转化为武器和情报，从被通缉的逃犯，变成了以暴制暴的“复仇猎人”，目标是让所有参与杀害他妻子的人，付出最惨痛的代价。
