改编自二宫敦人的超人气恐怖小说《恶鬼病毒》，讲述YouTuber内川智樹带着他的朋友日名子、颯太和奈々枝来到传闻中有着神秘失踪事件的旧石尾村拍摄一段调查都市传说的视频。几天后，警方在村外的一条隧道附近发现了四人租用的汽车，而在现场发现的一台摄像机则记录下了令人震惊的画面。紧锁的房屋、身着武装制服的儿童、被关起来的成年人，以及在新月之夜发病的成年人......这个村子里究竟发生了什么？

Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
