　　A team of influencer bloggers decides to hold a ritual at the mansion of the "black countess". A fan of the supernatural, she disappeared without a trace after she was offered to play a game that was supposed to take her to another dimension. 　　19岁商务专业大学生Trina目睹了自己辅导过的女生Jade在车库被撞死，但警方认为是一起意外事件。为了支付大学费用，Trina开发了一个独特的约会APP软件UPFRONT。在UPFRONT取得了巨大的成功之后，Trina无意中得知自己的APP被一些女生滥用为卖淫中心。正在Trina与朋友、导师商量是否需要关闭网站或者报警时，发现其中一个做应召的女生在宿舍自杀。Trina在追查两个女生的死因的过程中，发现导师的老公竟然是Jade的常客。在准备和导师见面的过程中，发现导师被刺，最后的凶手竟然是疯狂爱上Jade的院长。最后在合作朋友的帮助下，将院长绳之以法。

 影片讲述一个导演，克服了各种困难拍摄一部讲述罗马尼亚独立战争大片的故事，值得一提的是，这部影片就是罗马尼亚1912年拍摄的第一部电影史诗——《独立战争》。《余下的就是沉默》尽管根据真人真事改编，但是男主角电影导演却是虚构的，他为了拍电影一方面要筹募资金，另一方面还要提防一家法国电影公司窃取他的创意。该片公映后好评如潮，一举囊括了2009年罗马尼亚GOPO电影奖最佳影片、最佳编剧、最佳女主角等九项大奖，被誉为罗马尼亚近二十年最出众的影片之一。
