本片改编自寄田みゆき创作的同名漫画。伊藤早奈是一个可爱的女高中生，生活充满了快乐，但从未体验过恋爱的感觉。因为车祸住院的早奈，在医院里被一个非常漂亮的女生吸引了。于是，一段青涩甜蜜的恋爱开始了！
