影片改编自朝仓霞同名小说，讲述了35年后重逢的中学同学青砥健（堺雅人 饰）和须藤叶子（井川遥 饰），彼此都是单身，积累了各种各样人生经验的两人意气相投，填补了自中学以来离别的35年时光，心灵相通的故事。
